Estimate must be sent to insurance company - typically 10 days before the Appraisal Demand is submitted
Once insurance company receives Appraisal Demand, they have 20 days to respond with their selected appraiser's information.
Contact is made with insurance company's appraiser, umpire is selected, and inspection date is set.
Policy holder and insurance company's appraiser meet and work towards an agreement on the claim.
Each appraiser creates their position (estimate) regarding the claim.
Appraisal award is created and executed based on the agreement discussed at inspection.
